Land Cabinet is a direct land buyer, not a licensed real estate broker or agent, and nothing on this Site constitutes real estate, legal, financial, or tax advice. You are encouraged to consult your own attorney, accountant, or financial advisor before entering into any transaction.

4. Property Submissions and Offers

• Any cash offer provided is based on the information you submit and our own evaluation, and is subject to change if property details differ from what was represented;
• Offers are non-binding until both parties execute a written purchase agreement;
• We reserve the right to decline to make an offer, or to withdraw an offer, at our sole discretion prior to a signed agreement;
• You are under no obligation to accept any offer we provide.
